How Many Stars

Complete Record: Emphasizes the vastness of space and the number of stars in space begins with a consideration of the sun and it’s family--the solar system. An imaginary trip is made to the star Alpha Centauri at the speed of light. Drawings and diagrams are used in discussing the shape of our galaxy and the millions of stars within it. Various other galaxies are considered from photographs made at the Palomar Observatory. ‘How Many Stars? God alone knows the answer. Man may never know the exact number.’
