Hong Kong is a city of contrasts. We visit a marvelous Oriental amusement park and see village life much as it has been lived for hundreds of years. In Victoria Park we watch the early morning practice of T'ai Chi Ch'uan, which to western eyes seems like a strange mystical ballet. More than 100,000 residents of Hong Kong live on fishing boats, or junks, going ashore only on special occasions. Hostess Valerie Singleton visits a family of nine "water people" who manage to sleep, work, cook, and eat, all within their cramped quarters. From the Touring Great Cities Series SERIES.
