The film shows these events as an ordinary citizen would have experienced them, and it also includes a visit to Dana Point and San Pedro and possibly Long Beach, California to see the U.S. Navy fleet at anchor. It also includes rare footage of the so-called Bonus Army encamped in Orange County. Opening: Title card: We drive at Dana Villa, Memorial Day 1932 (:08).
