Description: A peek into Depression-era life in the Ohio river valley. Opens with scenes filmed in a Coca Cola bottling plant showing uniformed workers preparing product for shipment. Quiet main streets, neighborhood stores and run-down service stations follow, focusing on local advertisements and billboards. With children in a general store gazing at a glass case of candy, people lunching at a barbecue spot, and white jacketed soda jerks at a drugstore lunch counter. With a long sequence showing an autogyro aircraft in flight filmed from a nearby aircraft: an unusual sight in the early 1930s. The Coca-Cola advertisement on the exterior of the autogyro links the sequences.

The overall look of the film resembles Depression-era documentary photography.
