Portrays some of the new techniques in the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease and angina pectoris developed by Dr Albert Kattus and his associates at UCLA. Illustrates how the optimal form of treatment is chosen for a given patient with coronary artery disease. Shows diagnostic procedures including exercise capacity tests by multistage treadmill, cardiac catheterization and arteriography and ultrasonic echocardiograph.
