Script reads, "A new plane with an old look was unveiled at the Palo Alto Airport today. The plane is owned and flown by Jack Gardiner, a sales representative for American Airlines, who lives in Mill Valley. Gardiner wanted an aircraft much like the Wright Brothers but wanted modern instruments and handling capabilities..." Segment 2 (sound): Interview with San Jose Assemblyman William Stanton, commenting on the path that San Jose Unified School District constructed for children to get to Henderson Elementary School. Stanton believes that the path has potentially increased the school district's liability, as well as forcing students to trespass on private land. Segment 3 (sound): Interview with U.S. State Department representative and recruiter Eloise Brackenridge, who is recruiting to fill posts in the foreign service. She comments on the rewards of working for the foreign service. Segment 4 (silent): Football game between Stanford University and San Jose State.
