Description: Made in cooperation with the Texas gulf sulphur company. The first part of the picture illustrates, through animated photography, the enormous extent of Texas in relation to the United States, the location of its six principal oil-and-gas-producing areas, the U.S. Bureau of Mines sulphur plant and the location of the principal sulphur-producing areas of the state. Numerous scenes picture the petroleum industry and operations within the sulphur field. Views of the Texas State Parks are short. Then follows a tour through the Big Bend National Park Project. Many scenes depict the natural and cultural beauty in the new National Park project, the Rio Grande, and the mountain and rivers of Mexico as seen from the American side of the river
