Complete Record: staring Joanne Dru, Lee Marvin, Don Taylor 1958 television drama Love triangle. Lee Marvin plays artist Dick Giles, who has been sick and bed-ridden for five years. Wife Alice (Dru) is still in love with Dick but also struggles with leaving him for handsome, healthy suitor Bob (Taylor). Dick struggles with guilt because he is not able to “give Alice the world as promised”. Alice believes in Dick, their love perseveres the rough and emotional tides and they stay together, film ends with a sweet kiss.
