Description: Shows how two high school boys, disturbed by the ineffectiveness of a campaign speech in a student council election, organize "The Stump Speakers Society." A lawyer friend discusses with the boys the three essential steps in good speech-making: analysis, planning, and delivery. They then plan to analyze the techniques employed by noted speakers, study in books the theory of forensics, and criticize and practice upon each other.
