hi I'm James Edward let's be [Music] friends I live on a ranch near a small town I live in the southern part of the United States in the state of Texas this is aline the days here are warm and sunny the nights are cool Aline is in Southwestern Texas Alpine lies in a high Valley the glass mountains are East and the Davis Mountains Are North my friends and I like to hike the hills around Alpine [Music] hey look at that well go these paintings were done by Indians Apaches and kames used to raid in this area Texas is known for pretty Cactus we have a lot around here once in a while we see wild animals on our hikes there are three kinds of business important to Alpine sa Ross is a small College it brings students here from all over the world people people on vacation are important to business too they come to see Big Ben National Park just south of us in McDonald's Observatory where folks can watch the Stars Fort Davis is close by too soldiers used to fight Indians here the third important business here is ranching this is our Ranch [Music] [Music] it sure is fun living on a ranch [Applause] n [Music]
