Description: Buying land to build a house on can be a problem. Urban sprawl, unscrupulous developers, zoning laws and other bureaucratic complexities can dim the enthusiasm of even the hardest candidates. Using animation and humour we are shown the difficulties encountered by a couple who want to build “a little house out in the country”.
