HEAD COACHES: SC-SPARKY WOODS GT-BOBBY ROSS GAME RECAP: QB Todd Ellis atoned for the worst game of his career a year ago by leading the Gamecocks to a 21-10 victory over the Yellow Jackets at Williams-Brice Stadium. He completed 21 of 33 passes for 185 yards and one touchdown that came after a Dale Campbell interception late in the first half. RBs Harold Green and Mike Dingle rushed for 139 yards and 63 yards, respectively. WR George Rush caught a five-yard touchdown pass from Ellis followed by a two-point conversion pass to Robert Brooks to give the Gamecocks a 21-7 lead at halftime. The win gave Carolina a 2-1-1 record for the season.

This collection includes 16mm film and video shot by the University of South Carolina's Athletic Department from the 1940s to the 1990s. Most of the films document UofSC's football and basketball programs; a handful document the University's track-and-field program. The majority of films and videos show games played by the Fighting Gamecocks, both football and basketball teams, and include full games and highlights, with defensive and offensive wide shots, for training, scouting and recruitment purposes, as well as special events in the athletic calendar.
