Content Description
Features a portion of the game played at the Carolina Stadium in Columbia, South Carolina on October 24, 1946 between the University of South Carolina Gamecocks and the Clemson Tigers. Coach Rex Enright guided the Gamecocks to a 5-3 record in 1946, but the most memorable contest came against Clemson. South Carolina won the game for the school's first win over Clemson in the Modern Era, 26 to 14.

Collection Description
This collection includes 16mm film and video shot by the University of South Carolina's Athletic Department from the 1940s to the 1990s. Most of the films document UofSC's football and basketball programs; a handful document the University's track-and-field program. The majority of films and videos show games played by the Fighting Gamecocks, both football and basketball teams, and include full games and highlights, with defensive and offensive wide shots, for training, scouting and recruitment purposes, as well as special events in the athletic calendar.
