Food gathering

Description: Episode of Series “Indians of the Orinoco: the Makiritare”. Records how the Waika and Makiritare Indians of South America gather some of their food from the jungle. Includes catching of snakes, fish and worms and their preparation for eating and the collection of leaves which are beaten and mashed and used ingeniously to catch fish.
