Complete Record: An animated film made in Iran and using the style of traditional Persian art. In a city divided by a river there are two armies on each side of the river. They both go hunting and both shoot arrows at the bird and when it falls, they quarrel over who shot it and go off in anger each summons his army mans castle and draft peaceful citizens for the war. Even the boys who have been swimming in the river between the two castles are put to work piling cannon balls in the turrets. Boys in one castle use a dove to send a message to their friends in the other. At night, both set of boys temper with the cannon balls. At dawn the armies makes ready to fire. The first emir orders his cannon discharged balls burst into the air and release birds. The soldiers and emir on the other side laugh at them and discharge their cannon which release flowers. The war dissolves in laughter, the drafted men return to their jobs and the boys return to swim in the river. The two emirs feast together, but when the roast bird brought in a quarrel begins over the drumsticks.
