Flint miners of the Nullabor

Description: Koonalda Cave in the Nullabor had been worked as a flint quarry 20,000 years ago. Flint had been used by prehistoric man to fashion simple, functional implements. The first known ventures of Australians into the realm of art were discovered on the walls of the cave.
