Description: Shows the groundbreaking ceremony held on March 11, 1972, for the Fisher Theater on the campus of Iowa State University. Participants include Iowa State University President W. Robert Parks, President Emeritus James H. Hilton, Samuel Hamilton of the ISU Foundation, Ames Mayor Stuart Smith, and J. W. Fisher of Marshalltown. Also shows a recently completed James H. Hilton Coliseum and C. Y. Stephens Auditorium. Transferred from the original 16mm film.
