Designed for showing to personnel in film libraries, individual schools, or wherever splicing is done. Animated diagrams show the composition of 16mm sound film and the function of film cement. Demonstrated are the handling of film in the projector and on the rewinds, determining when a splice is necessary, finding the emulsion side, operating the splicer, using fresh cement, and testing the splice.
