Description: Scan of the 100ft Kodak Cinegraph release (short 4 minute version) of the silent 1923 Felix the Cat cartoon, Felix in Hollywood. Felix's owner won't let him tag along to Hollywood, so he sneaks his way there and tries to make it as an actor. Scanned frame area at ~1600p, scaled to 4K (2160p). Light stabilization applied in post to keep frames better centered. Playback is at 16 frames per second, as thats what people would've used on their home projectors at the time. On yellowish tint safety positive stock. Print has some pitting and marks but in fairly good shape all things considered. Soundtrack added from public domain songs from Library of Congress.
