This silent news footage for KCTV (now KLST-TV) captures the annual Fall Festival at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Rowena, Texas, and a steer roping event at a rodeo, likely in San Angelo. Festival attendees play carnival games and browse vendor stalls before heading inside the church to eat. Later, mounted cowboys compete before a large crowd.
