Description: Animated and live-action sequences are used to explain the water cycle and to show how solar energy is transformed, transmitted through space, utilised by man and by plants, and stored for future use. Shows the work of scientists in converting the sun’s energy into industrial power. Includes an exploratory visit to the sun by means of telescopic stop-motion photography.
