Complete Record: MS or young woman walking in the snow. A couple makes out in a parked car. The young woman leans against a wall and watches the snow fall. She tries to catch snowflakes on her tongue. It is now raining and the same woman is walking down a meadow path in the rain. She returns to a cabin house where she looks after some children for her summer job. One little boy plays with his sister like a caveman, pulling her hair and dragging her around. She teaches them how to dance. (They are speaking French and English) They dance the Charleston. LS of three girls walking down a path in the rain. The camera tracks them through the trees. They go to a lake for canoeing and sailing and swimming. The girls sit around a table and talk about marriage and virginity (in French). The whole gang is at a bomb fire near the beach. The three girls walk down the road, each with a flower in her hand. They walk up to the local store and pick up their mail. One girl starts to read the letter and can’t stop laughing. Then she goes outside and talks to a boy and pets a cat. The two girls lay on a floating dock in the middle of the lake and talk. The rest of the gang picks the two up in a speedboat and they travel all around the lake together. Interesting POV shots. One girl tries water skiing. Another girl practices the recorder and piano. The summer is coming to an end. They go to a dance on a pier at night. There are boys and girls dancing together, smoking, drinking, talking... One girl sits alone next to a lantern and cries. It ends with the girl back in the snow.
