Emotional Dilemma

Explores one of the nation's most compelling situations--that of limited mental health centers for the increasing number of Americans with mental and emotional problems. Interviews health center officials, psychologists, and affected citizens. Emphasizes the fact that in many areas of the U.S. facilities are nonexistent or so limited as to require long periods of waiting before help can be administered. Describes the federal government's long-range mental health goals and offers possible solutions for the immediate situation.
