Description: Tells the story of twin brothers Oscar and Emil, who while playing with a boat in the bathtub, find themselves reduced in size and riding on a great lake with islands of foam and dirty water. Shows rows of miserable animals sitting on the rocks surrounding the water, sad because they can no longer live in the dirty water. Describes how Oscar and Emil realize that they polluted the animals' home and finally replace the dirty water.
