Complete Record: Many children who see credit cards used so easily and so readily do not understand the implied promise of payment. The film uses the story of a boy and girl who, with their father, use a credit card to buy Mama a birthday present. The children see the steps involved from the moment of purchase to the time that the bill from the credit company of bank arrives. Using the analogy of a library card, the film emphasizes that only when people are responsible and pay their bills should they have credit cards.
