Early Marriage

Presents the problems associated with teenage marriages; contrasts marriages which begin with family approval with those in which the couple elope; and pictures representative of Protestant, Catholic, Jewish, and civil weddings. Uses animation to show the changes in couples' age at marriage since 1900. Presents a class discussion of the factors determining when a couple should marry in terms of achieving a successful marriage. Concludes with an encouragement of audience to continue this discussion in their own class.
