Description: Describes a patient who, four years following surgery for lymphosarcoma of the stomach, continued to have dysphagia, thought to be the result of stricture. Shows the condition to be reflux from the antrum into the esophagus, caused by inadequate drainage through the pylorus. Illustrates how a jujunal interposition was performed.
