Description: This production was directed by John Ferno in cooperation with the Netherlands Information Bureau and the National Film Board of Canada. The picture tells how the spirit, organization and accomplishment of the Netherlands transcend the Axis domination of its resources and indicates that the hope of all the Dutch, as expressed by Queen Wilhelmina, she said, "The Netherlands shall live again," will be fulfilled. "The rise of modern Holland, its cultural development and its industrial progress in time of peace are shown in shocking contrast with the destruction of the cities by the Nazis."
