Complete Record: This film uses three-dimensional models of well-known dinosaurs to present a view of the earth millions of years ago. Appearing life-size, enormous dinosaurs move across the screen on two, sometimes four legs as they stretch their necks, chew plants and confront enemies. Superimposed titles identify the following dinosaurs: Brontosaurus, Coelophysis, Stegosaurus, Anatosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Tyrannosaurus rex, Triceratops, Styracosaurus and Monoclonius. The natural habitats of the dinosaurs as well as their individual characteristics are described. The film explains why the dinosaurs disappeared and why their skeletons are essential to the study of our geological past.
