Description: This film is aimed at conveying to young people the value and importance of the vote. Actors portray representatives of the community such as: farmers, mechanics, clergymen and teenagers as they pass symbolically through the various evolutionary forms of government, including the monarchical system, military dictatorship, extremism and participatory democracy.
