Critical path

Description: Uses the construction of a service station to illustrate the critical path method of planning and scheduling, in which a project is broken down into distinct operations, the time for completion of each estimated, and the longest irreduceable sequence of operations calculated. Consecutive and concurrent operations are identified and the most efficient use of working time planned.
