Interviews different people in several cities from a number of socio-economic levels, giving their viewpoints on the crime rates in their respective cities and areas. Contrasts, with Chet Huntley narrating, the statistics from past and present records, and reviews briefly a number of the various circumstances for some of the crimes and some of the changes which have taken place since the early statistics were collected.
