Description: In this dramatization, the defendant, accused of a minor traffic violation, begins to daydream and finds himself in a police state court. Stripped of his Constitutional rights he asks himself, "Could it happen here?" As he comes out of his daydream, finds that he is still protected by the Constitution. Thus he realizes the value of the Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Ammendments.
