Description: Concerned with school district consolidation and educational innovation, this film tells the story of two one-time rival rural Wisconsin communities. People who were involved express points of view that were in conflict and describe the consolidation process. The outcome included construction of a new high school that incorporated many innovations that represented major departures from tradition in any community — rural or urban.
