Shows how the children's misconceptions are changed to positive feelings about older people., Fourth and fifth graders from the Friends School in Brooklyn and fifty-four senior citizens are brought together by music teacher Arlene Symons in a unique intergenerational chorus. Introducing themselves through pen pal letters, the children and their senior colleagues meet for the first time in a scene filled with exhilaration. The children reveal their misconceptions about aging. The film concludes with a concert of this unique choir.
