This musical film features spiritual storytelling and powerful vocal performances, drawing parallels between everyday disbelief—like an animal ignoring a source of sustenance right in front of it—and people who refuse to accept God's word despite being hungry and thirsty for meaning in their lives. The narrator shares a personal journey of overcoming doubt, searching for answers through despair and strife, and ultimately discovering true joy, love, and peace through faith in Jesus Christ. Intercut with traditional communion imagery and uplifting messages, the film encourages viewers to open their hearts, move past worldly substitutes like drugs and superficial pursuits, and embrace the spiritual freedom and better life offered by the Lord.
