Description: Daniel Grudge (Hayden), a rich American industrialist, sits alone in a dark room of his mansion playing a record of a popular song, "Don't Sit Under the Apple Tree (with Anyone Else but Me)" by The Andrews Sisters. Suddenly Grudge finds himself aboard a World War I-era troopship, which is carrying many coffins. The Ghost of Christmas Past (Lawrence) explains that the ship is carrying the dead of all nations and from all past wars, with more war dead arriving.
