Description: As demands for electricity is doubled every ten years, the State Electricity Commission of Victoria must plan at least ten years ahead. The film shows the planning that went into the Loy Yang Power plant, when more than fifty interested bodies were consulted and a great deal of careful testing and experimentation was carried out before the final plan was put into action.
