Call of the khedda

Description: Shows the “khedda” method of capturing a herd of elephants in the Kakanote Forest. A large enclosure is built, the elephants surrounded and gradually driven into the khedda. They are roped and patiently tamed and trained until they become docile and friendly workers for the Indian people.
