A black-and-white documentary survey of Watts-area businesses and community organizations, apparently filmed from a moving vehicle or on foot. Early in the film the camera passes "Haitian Coffee Co." at address 940, a commercial storefront with several early-1960s cars parked in front. Other sequences show commercial streetscapes shot through chain-link fencing, close-ups of vehicles, and tree-lined open areas. The film culminates in sustained footage of "Sons of Watts Community Enterprises Inc." (addressed on S. Central Avenue), a community organization building with a bold exterior sign, entry steps, and a poster displaying portraits of young Black men beside the word "SONS" — the Sons of Watts was a community self-help organization founded in the aftermath of the 1965 Watts uprising.
