This 3-minute 15-second black-and-white film continues documenting police deployment in an urban Black neighborhood, likely the same area as the previous film. Shot partially from inside a vehicle, it opens with a wide view of police motorcycle officers patrolling a commercial street intersection while a large crowd of predominantly Black bystanders watches from the sidewalk. The camera later moves to an extreme close-up of an officer's helmet and jacket. The film appears to be a companion piece to bps23rWEB, covering the same civil unrest response from street level.
