What are you saying with your arm up [singing] in the air? Or when you wave to a friend when she's way way [music and singing] over there? You haven't made a sound. You haven't said a word, but you [music] still been hurt. That's your body talking. Isn't that shocking? Got your body [music] talking. I said, how absurd to not say [music] a word and still be heard, [music] saying things you want to say, or maybe things you'd like to hide away. [singing] >> [music] >> That's your body talking. Watch someone else. You'll know when [music] they're sad. You can tell when your friends are really [singing] mad. Something in their [music] manner. Something in their eyes. Those [singing] kind of feelings you can't [music] disguise when your body's talking. [music] Look at those people waiting [music and singing] for a train. Look again carefully. Not [music and singing] one is the same. Some are in a hurry. Some are feeling cold. Some are [music] feeling quiet. How do you know? Because their bodies are talking. You might be lonely and feeling left out. You don't feel brave [singing] enough to shout, "I need [music] a friend. I'm really okay." So you shrug your shoulders and you turn away. [singing] That's your body talking. I [music] might be happy feeling [singing] just great. Running down the sidewalk in my bright [music] red cape. Slipping down [singing] the slide without [music] a care. Spinning through the playground with a certain flare. [music and singing] Well, everybody knows I'm as happy as can be. I [music] don't have to tell them they can't see my body talking. [music] Isn't that shocking? Got my body talking. I say [music] how absurd to not say a word, still be heard. [music] Let's have a winner. All the time. [music and singing] >> The words are different wherever you go. But the language [singing] of bodies everyone [music] knows. Yell no with a fist. Say [music and singing] yes with a smile. Whisper love with a kiss. That's the style. [music] When your body's talking, saying [music and singing] things you want to say, or maybe things you'd like to hide away. That's your [music] body talking.
