Bob Vila's Guide to Historic Homes: Palladians in England and Ireland

In the 18th century, a stylistic revival swept through England; the result was the construction of some of the most beautiful mansions ever built. Bob Vila leads a fascinating tour through some of the most magnificent of the homes, introducing the people who built them, showing how the Palladian style of these mansions--with their porticoes, pediments and domes--reflected changing ideals of beauty and telling the often extraordinary stories behind them.
