Black Stallion

Could this be the 1979 film directed by Carroll Ballard? The film is 118 minutes in length, which feels a bit long to be on two reels. Canister lists the film as 103 min. This makes be think it is the 1983 film The Black Stallion Returns, directed by Robert Dalva, which is 103 min. This still feels long for only two reels. On WorldCat both films are listed as having 3 reels. (notes from Jacob)
