McLaglen and starring James Stewart, Dean Martin, Raquel Welch, and George Kennedy, Bandolero! was filmed at Alamo Village in Bracketville, the set for John Wayne's Alamo. This behind-the-scenes footage shows cast and crew during production, including horseback action scenes and prop gunfights. Alamo Village is a former movie set on the ranch of James T. "Happy" Shahan. Featuring a three-quarter-scale replica of the Alamo compound, the Village was built for John Wayne's The Alamo (1960). Turned into a tourist attraction after production wrapped, the site was subsequently used in over 100 other westerns.
