[Music] But beef burger is a more appropriate name. It's a real American dish. As American as baseball or an ice cream cone. Incidentally, ground beef is probably the most versatile of any meat you can name. Heart of the beef burger, the staple of the teenage diet, or any age for that matter. Yet, it can be baked in a meatloaf. And of course, it's the very basis of that old favorite, spaghetti and meatballs. But roasted, broiled, brazed, or as a stew, it's always good. Good to eat and
