Description: Animation is used to teach a boy and girl the meaning of traffic signals and the importance and necessity of learning and following traffic rules., Uses live actors in an imaginary setting, two children, Jack and Betty, discuss the important rules for personal safety with a traffic policeman. They learn the importance of being alert, careful, courteous, and considerate; and that though a policeman may sometimes be there to help, an individual must frequently be his own policeman in safely meeting traffic hazards.
