(In Los Angeles office only.) Glorifying the American boy is the business of this film. It is a story of youth and its high code of honor. The story concerns Billy Whitaker and his friends, normal country children, who spend their time happily fishing, swimming, hunting and exploring a so-called "haunted house." Into their lives comes Kenneth Hale, a spoiled city boy, and Billy is asked by his father to look after Kenneth and teach him the meaning of good sportsmanship. How he accomplishes this, and their adventures in the "haunted house," make a thrilling story.
