Complete Record: MS of O.J. being interviewed. He’s asked about the beginning of his athleticism. He speaks about controlling his body. He talks about having complete control of his body and the people around him. Asked about the feeling you get when you accomplish something, joy and composer. Talks about the natural state of things, earlier in life he’s learned about modesty and control. He’s asked about wanting to be a star. O.J. talks about the fame of Jackie Robinson and Willie Mayes. O.J. says that his upbringing and how he has learned from his misfortunes. O.J. says in high school he barley won any football games. When he went to Buffalo he had his trials and that’s what gave him what he has today. Winning right away would have made things different. Sticking it out through the tough times, has made things mean more to him now. O.J. talks about how staying at Buffalo has built character and for him in the long run. O.J. tells a story about a runner who was getting beat and walks out of the race because he was being challenged. That’s an example of talent verses character, the runner had talent, but not character. He’s asked about his acting career. He talks about the editing process and how that can destroy what an actor is trying to tell. He says he needed to take some control over this situation. He talks about the end of his football career and wanting to retire. WS of O.J. walking into an office shaking hands. O.J. exits into a parking lot. He’s walking to a production room. O.J. shakes hands with a few fans. WS of an audience. A young girl hugs and kisses people. OJ Simpson stands in a circle with adults and children. He speaks with them and they look star struck. His wife walks up to him and they hold hands. He sees the camera and hugs her. He talks with people sitting down in an auditorium. He then gives a speech to the whole crowd (audio is bad.) There are shots of his wife sitting in the audience laughing along. OJ speaks in a press conference. He later listens back to some of the recordings. Producers look please with the footage they are getting. OJ returns to an interview. Producers look at footage on a monitor.
