The dairy farmer leads a busy life showing some of the jobs are the "scalier," "mixer," "divider," "panner," "oven loader," "oven dumper." The same jobs are offered in both retail and business: There are quite a number of technical jobs in this vocation, i.e. chemists, bacteriologists, foremen and production managers. Activities in special baking trade schools are presented.
